What Are Your Fees?
Hourly sessions are $150 for individuals and $185 for families or 3 or more. Hour and a half sessions are available as well. Currently, I am not working with insurance. However, if you are eligible for out of network benefits with your insurance company, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
What Should I Expect From a Counseling Session?
You should expect to feel comfortable, accepted, welcomed, and at ease. In our initial session we will get to know each other, set goals for your future, and assess some of your history. Henceforth, each session will strive to meet set goals.
What Issues Do You Treat?
Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Anger Issues, Sexual Abuse, Enmeshment, Emotional Incest, Addiction (Sex, Alcohol, Drug, etc.), Relationship issues, Physical/Auto-immune disorders, Low self-esteem, Feeling lost or stuck, Inadequacy issues.
